Local Area

Arbroath

The town is a fishing port in the picturesque county of Angus, and is famed internationally for its "Arbroath Smokies". There are many places of interest to visit locally and in the surrounding area.

Close to The Centre

As can be clearly seen in this ariel view the Windmill Christian Centre has a large private lawn to the front and a very large public park (The Common) adjacent to it.

The Centre is on an elevated site which affords clear views to the sea, overlooking Gayfield football ground which can be seen at the foreground of this arial picture.

There are many leisure facilities in Arbroath close to the centre, including swimming facilities just 10 minutes walk away, while the beach, cliffs, shops, parks and other public entertainment facilities are also within walking distance. The nearby West Links is a miniature childrens fun world beside the beach with exciting attractions such as trampolines, crazy golf, mini cars, paddling pool, miniature railway and road train.
